One price per month, in US dollars. Every plan includes the entire platform — programming, nutrition, check-ins, messaging and the AI programme builder. Plans differ only by how many clients you coach at once.

What every plan includes
There is no feature ladder. Starter and Elite are the same product — the only difference is roster size, because that is the thing that scales what Afia costs us to run for you.
Your clients never pay Afia anything. Their access comes through you, and it is included whatever plan you are on.
Trial and billing
- New coach accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No card required to begin.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period.
- 14-day refund window from the date of a charge.
- Reaching your client limit prompts a move to a higher plan. There are no overage charges.
- If a subscription lapses the account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and access returns on renewal.
Afia is invite-only
We are onboarding coaches deliberately rather than opening the doors, so that every coach gets a proper setup. Tell us about your roster and we will be in touch.
